Server-side Data Collected:
Valid email addresses are required for registration and contacting me through the email form.
Although these email addresses may be stored in a database, they will not be distributed to third parties, and they will not be used for marketing purposes.
Your IP address may be collected to prevent email injections on my contact form.
Your IP addresses may be collected for website statistical analysis.
Your IP address may also be collected to manage session states based on your preferences while visiting the site.
These IP addresses will never be released to the general puplic.
Regarding Registered Members:
Some information for registration will be required in order to become a member.
However, you will have the option to display any or none of the required information for your profile in the members area,
and that information will be available to other members ONLY if you choose to have your profile to be displayed.
I may choose to email information about the site, updates from the members area, or group discussions.
However, this will be an option that you can choose to opt/in or opt/out of at anytime.
These emails will not be used for marketing purposes.
Web Clients:
For testing purposes, I will be posting clients' websites on my server in a separate directory.
They will contain a URL similar to the following example and WILL be available to the www public:
http://www.jasonchampion.com/othersites/[client_site_name]
*without the brackets
Any content that you provide will need to be filtered by you if you do not wish for this content to be displayed during the development process.
This will be necessary to communicate with you the ideas, concepts, corrections, and update that are needed before publishing to a production server.

Making Purchases:
Any information collected when making a purchase will be considered strictly confidential and will never be sold or distributed to
third parties (especially credit card information). My direct contact information will be provided at the time of purchase in the
event that you have questions or concerns.
